Visitor
Manager Software

One quick scan is all that's required...
As
visitors enter your facility, their driver's license is requested
and passed through the Visitor Manager scanning device. The
Visitor Manager software captures their name, address, signature
and photo, and imports it into a database and your ID Works
application; ready to produce a (paper or plastic) visitor
badge or ID card.
When
visitors are ready to leave your facility, they swipe their
badge at a security work station and hand it back to your
security staff for storage or disposal. The visitor's record
is automatically updated and compiled in a real-time visitor's
log book, allowing you to quickly run detailed visitor reports
and audit activity any time you wish.
