Pro-Pen: An automated, industrial quality, micro-percussion, dot peen marking machine.

Pro-Pen P3000 and DP3000 Circular Indexing Station - Mark on OD of machined parts!Pro-Pen is available in the P3000 table mounted version, (pneumatic or electro-magnetic), and the M3000 Mobile Marking Solution.

Also available is the DP3000 Circular Indexing Station which allows you to use your P3000 to mark on the outside diameter of cylindrical shaped objects.

Micro-percussion ( Dot Peen ) : A marking method which is based on making small indents in a material using a vibrating tool.

The Pro-Pen P3000 has the ability to mark on any type of material, (metals, treated or untreated, wood and plastics), as long as the material is not harder than 62 HRC.

PW03 Windows Enhanced Marking Software provides a graphical user interface for the creation of your marking templates. It also allows the use of logos and graphics in your marking templates!
